Why does your profile picture looks like a cat doing something incident to a blob? 
It's Nago from Kirby's Dream Land 3. In the game, when you team up with him he rolls Kirby around like a ball of yarn. Also, when you have the Spark Ability with him, the attack is just him rubbing Kirby (like in my avatar) to build up a static charge, which you can then use to simply run through enemies. The site where I found this gif described it as Nago giving Kirby a "massage."
That being said, I'm not going to pretend like it doesn't unintentionally look like a cat humping a pink ball. Because it does.
